An El Paso police officer shot a man who allegedly tried to run over the officer during a road rage incident on the West Side, authorities said. The incident started about 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, on Sunland Park Drive and Mesa Street, El Paso Police Department spokesperson Detective Judy Oviedo said.
