As a society, we are fascinated with criminality. This deep-seated preoccupation is why the crime genre continues to soar across various mediums, including film, podcasts and television. In NBC's new procedural crime drama,

Melissa Roxburgh stars in a series that has basically the same structure as The Blacklist, but is a whole lot less interesting.

To say that this show is insulting to the intelligence of everyone unlucky enough to watch it would be an understatement. It is poorly made in every department: writing, directing, performance, whatever you can think of.

There are certain shows that capture my attention from the very beginning. This includes Manifest, which was canceled by NBC after three seasons and then picked up by Netflix for a fourth (and final) installment.
