DENVER (KDVR) — After a mild weekend, near-record-warm temperatures are in Denver’s weather forecast to start the workweek. Sunday night will be partly cloudy and mild. Low temperatures will only fall to 40 degrees, which is more than 20 degrees above average low temperatures for this time of year.

Temperatures in Denver were expected to climb to 59 degrees and fall to 32 overnight Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.

Denver weather is kicking off February on a very mild note with highs maxing out in the upper 50s and lower 60s.

Denver’s streak of below-freezing weather is expected to finally break Tuesday afternoon as temperatures climb into the low 40s, National Weather Service forecasters said.
