Two protests were held in Phoenix near Monterey Park and the state Capitol on Feb. 3 to protest mass deportation policies.

The large group, calling for a National Day of Action, could be seen through aerial footage walking in the middle of Spring Street, moving along to block an intersection at Chick Hearn Court and 11th Street all the while waving Mexico flags and carrying protest signs.

The protest on Feb. 3, 2025, appeared to be organized by the Phoenix branch of the Party for Socialism and Liberation. (Obscenities on signs were blurred.)
