Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Jalen McMillan appears thrilled with the team's hiring of Josh Grizzard as the next offensive coordinator.

On Friday night, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers promoted passing game coordinator Josh Grizzard to offensive coordinator. He replaces Liam Coen, who left for Jacksonville and their vacant head coaching

Grizzard joined the Bucs last season after spending seven seasons with the Miami Dolphins. A former football player and graduate assistant at Yale, he rose through the ranks when he joined the Dolphins in 2017 as an offensive quality control coach and then was promoted to coach receivers.
