Patriots Head Coach Mike Vrabel has announced the first three members of his 2025 coaching staff with the hiring of Josh McDaniels as offensive coordinator, Terrell Williams as defensive coordinator and the return of Jeremy Springer as special teams coordinator.

Josh McDaniels is the offensive coordinator of the New England Patriots once again. McDaniels has been hired by New England after interviewing with new head coach Mike Vrabel for the role on Tuesday.

Josh McDaniels is no stranger to Boston. In 2025, he'll make his third trip to the city, taking helm of the Patriots' offense.

According to Dianna Russini of The Athletic, the New England Patriots are set to hire Josh McDaniels as their next offensive coordinator.
