Argent LNG selected Baker Hughes as the technology and service provider for its proposed liquefied natural gas export facility in Port Fourchon, Louisiana.

Baker Hughes has secured a significant gas compression technology order for the third phase of Aramco’s Jafurah gas field expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By leveraging its extensive knowledge and experience in LNG development, Baker Hughes will help optimize project execution, and ensure a streamlined, cost-effective design, allowing Argent LNG to move forward with greater efficiency and financial certainty.

The project will utilise Baker Hughes' liquefaction solutions, power generation equipment and gas compression systems.

Argent LNG has chosen US technology provider Baker Hughes to supply liquefaction solutions to its planned Argent LNG project, which is envisaged with ultimate production capacity of 24 million tonnes per annum.
