Leddy missed the St. Louis Blues' previous 49 games with a lower-body injury and had not played since Oct. 15 against Minnesota.
Blues’ Nick Leddy to return to lineup Tuesday after 49-game absence
St. Louis Blues defenseman Nick Leddy will make his long-awaited return to the lineup Tuesday versus the Edmonton Oilers. Sidelined since mid-October due to a lower-body injury, Leddy has made just four appearances on the season in which he has posted a minus-three rating while averaging 22:09 in ice time.
Blues' Nick Leddy: Ready to rock
After missing the last 49 games, Leddy will replace Tyler Tucker (upper body) on the third pairing in Tuesday's lineup. The 33-year-old Leddy hasn't earned a point in four appearances this season while contributing four shots on goal and five blocked shots.
