While many people rely on a groundhog to let them know when spring will arrive, folks in Boston know warmer days are ahead thanks to Red Sox "Truck Day." It may have snowed overnight in Boston, but Monday is the unofficial start of Spring Training.

Truck Day is one of those “only in Boston” photo ops, much like Allston Christmas, the L Street Brownies swimming in the ocean on New Year’s, and U-Hauls getting “Storrowed.”

Fans from all over New England trekked to Fenway to catch a glimpse of the truck. "I can't be the athlete I am and have the success I have so in my career without the help of her," the NFL star told People of his fiancée.

The Boston Red Sox equipment truck departed from Fenway Park on Monday, Feb. 3, marking the unofficial start of Spring Training.
